The Miscellaneous Brigade Strikes Again

This film is the first in the series of B.D. and presents two cases solved by the Miscellaneous Deeds Brigade (abbreviated B.D.) of a militia section in communist Romania: the theft of a puppy and the disappearance of a brooch. In both cases, solving these trifles led to the discovery of crimes of greater importance, namely the murder of the head of a commercial service at an enterprise (where embezzlement was taking place) and the systematic theft of goods from the Victoria Universal Store.—Canon y mus
